Pale green, buttery, nutty cookies with a sharp raspberry jam centre. Secretly my absolute favourite.
Crisp-chewy oatmeal raisin cookies, adapted from “Friends” Phoebe’s best ever oatmeal raisin cookies recipe.
One cookie to rule them all: short, rich, not too sweet, dense cookies with distinct maple flavour and a sweet pecan atop each cookie. Surprisingly good with cheese.
The ultimate crisp-edged caramelised cookie with plenty of dark, milk and white chocolate chunks baked in.
Regularly voted England’s favourite biscuit flavour, my version is heart-shaped, both crunchy and creamy with custard flavour running through the biscuit and its sandwich filling.
So much lemon packed into these buttery, soft, pillowy powdered sugar beauties.
The cookie that started it all, my daughter’s favourite. Dark chocolate chewy cookies with dark chocolate chunks, dipped in peppermint-spiked melted dark chocolate and decorated with crushed peppermint candies.

Adapted from a Nigella Lawson recipe, these are the brownies I have been making for years. Insane amounts of melted dark chocolate and butter meet plenty of white chocolate chunks and lightly-toasted almonds and walnuts.
A buttery traditional chocolate chip cookie base layer with dark chocolate chunks, a crisp Oreo middle layer, topped with a rich cocoa-forward brownie layer, scattered with Maldon Sea-Salt to make the flavours pop.
A rich espresso-spiked dark brownie layer with dark chocolate chunks, topped with a swirl of “Vietnamese coffee” made with condensed milk, cream-cheese and real coffee grounds. As pretty as they are delicious.

The cookies range from 5cm to close on 10cm diameter depending on the variety. The brownies are 5cm square and 2-3cm tall.
They’ll probably get eaten quite quickly ;-) but they will last longer if you store them in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Yes, for the cookie and brownie boxes, the 9% BTW is already included in the quoted prices.
Simply select your box type, the number of boxes you would like, and your pickup date on the order form. Orders received and paid for by 15:00 on Fridays will be baked fresh for collection the next day (Saturday).
Once I’ve received your order, I’ll confirm within 12 hours and send you a Tikkie link to pay. If you don’t use Tikkie, there'll also be an IBAN number for bank transfer. Cash payments cannot be accepted, sorry. Payment must be received by latest 15:00 on the Friday before collection.
Your box(es) will be waiting for you between 10:00–15:00 on your chosen Saturday at The Cakery, Schinkelkade 31hs, 1075VJ Amsterdam (at the end of Vondelpark near Hoofddorpplein). Nearest tram: #2 Amstelveenseweg; bus: #15 Hoofddorpplein. Parking on the Schinkelkade is usually easy by car.
Packed securely in a single-use cardboard box with greaseproof paper lining.
Unlike fragile tiered cake, these sturdy boxes can be carried in a bike crate or panniers with no ill effects. (Obviously, no extreme off-roading…)
